Rock Point Rental has Apartments for rent in three locations:

Pride Court  (currently being completely renovated, see details below**)
Windemere I
Windemere II

All three within walking distance of Campus, The Strip, Bryant Denny Stadium, & Publix Grocery store which is located off the Strip next to a cluster of shops that include a nail salon, a coffee shop, and several restaurants.  

The following applies to all apartment units:
*  washer/dryer hook-ups                     *  unfurnished only
*  total electric                                    *  utilities not included in rent
*  available for lease from August 5th through July 31st each year

PET POLICY:  Please see paragraph 6 of our lease for details of our Pet Policy.  The Lease is posted under the 'Forms' section, on the left side of any page of our site.

DEPOSIT:  All Apartments require a deposit in the amount of 1 month's rent.  Pre-payment of the last month's rent is due at time of signing the lease.  Rent is due the 1st of every month.  See paragraph 3 of Lease for details.

** Pride Court Units are currently undergoing a full renovation and will be available as completed.  This is the only property we have with a pool, which has been completely redone, including the addition of four 'grill areas' for tenant use around the pool deck.  Please see the 'details section' of the Pride Court page for more information on the amenities and renovations.

 

Houses



Our Rental Houses are located near Campus; most within walking distance.  They all have Washer/Dryer Hook-ups.  Some have fenced yards and allow PETS.  None are furnished and the price does not include utilities.  All houses require a deposit in the amount of 1 month's rent, and pre-payment of the last month's rent at signing of the lease.  Rent is due the first of every month.

University Blvd. properties:  Our first strip of units is located in the heart of Downtown Tuscaloosa, providing an excelllent location for any business owner.  The convenient location and parking, along with the high profile of being part of the historic district, will make it easy for your customers to locate you.  The buildings are available on 3 year leases, which do not include utilities.

13th Street East Units:  Our second commercial site is three metal building units located on 13th Street East.
